How do I edit my profile?
To edit your OwnerCarryIt profile (email address, login password and contact information):
- Log in to www.OwnerCarryIt.com and select the "My OwnerCarryIt" tab.
- Click the "My Account" tab or the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Change" link next to the information you wish to update.
- Update the necessary information and click "Update" to save your changes.
How do I update my company information?
- Log in to www.OwnerCarryIt.com and select the "My OwnerCarryIt" tab.
- Click the "My Account" tab or the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Change" link next to your Company Information.
- Search for your Company or Create a new one if your company is not found by clicking the link "click here to add a new company".
- 5. Enter your Company Information and click "Continue"
How do I update my credit card information?
Update credit card information online by following the simple steps below:
- Log in to www.OwnerCarryIt.com and select the "My OwnerCarryIt" tab.
- Click the "My Account" tab or the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Change" link next to the payment method that you would like to update.
- Make the appropriate changes to your credit card information and click the "Submit" button.
Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the updated information to reflect on the "My Account" page.
How do I update my billing address?
Update billing information online by following the simple steps below:
- Log in to www.OwnerCarryIt.com and select the "My OwnerCarryIt" tab.
- Click the "My Account" tab or the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Change" link next to the payment method that you would like to update.

Print OwnerCarryIt invoices online by following the simple steps below:
- Log in to www.OwnerCarryIt.com and select the "My OwnerCarryIt" tab.
- Click the "My Account" tab or the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "View Transaction History" link at the bottom of the "My Current Product Information" section.
- Find the invoice of interest and click the invoice number in the "View Invoice" column on the right.
- Click the "Print" button in Adobe Acrobat Reader to print your invoice.

Edit your listing
How do I edit my existing listing?
If you would like to edit any property information on an existing listing, simply visit our site at www.OwnerCarryIt.com and follow these instructions:
- Click on "My OwnerCarryIt" and if necessary, log in with your email address and password
- Click on the "My Listings" tab
- Locate the listing that needs to be updated and click on the "Edit" button
- From the Management Center, click "Edit Property" or if a Lease Listing click "Add/Edit Spaces"
- Make any necessary changes to your listing and click "Next"
Any changes you make will automatically reflect on your listings.
Update status of your listing
How do I update the status of my listing?
To change the status of your listing, simply visit the OwnerCarryIt web site at www.OwnerCarryIt.com:
- Click on "My OwnerCarryIt"
- Click on the "My Listings" tab
- Locate the listing that needs to be updated and click on the "Edit" button (pencil icon)
- Select the new status from the drop down and click "Save".
The status of your listing will automatically be updated.
Adding Graphics or Attachments
How do I add a photo or attachment to my listing?
- Once you complete data entry for adding a listing, you will be taken to the "Management Center" page as soon as you submit the listing. To add a photo or attachment to an existing listing, go to "My OwnerCarryIt," and click on the "My Listings" tab and click on the listing you would like to update.
- From the "Management Center" page, click the "Upload Main Photo" or "Add Attachments" icon.
- Select the "Type" of attachment you would like to post and enter a descriptive name in the "Name" field.
- Click "Browse" and select the file you would like to upload by clicking on the file once and then clicking "OK".
- Click "Submit" and the graphic will automatically appear in the attachments section of your listing or if you added the main photo it will automatically appear on the first page of your listing profile.
What size should my photo be to fit as the main picture?
An image with a Height of XXX pixels and Width of XXX pixels will fit in the main photo box.
Search Properties
I’m searching and I’m unable to retrieve any results.
We suggest starting with a broad search to get maximum results and then if necessary, narrowing your search by adding additional criteria. The less criteria you enter will yield more matches to your searching parameters. To do a broad search, please visit our site at www.OwnerCarryIt.com and follow these instructions:
- Click "Search Properties" and if necessary, log in with your email address and password
- Choose either "Quick Search for Sale" or "Quick Search for Lease"
- Select the Property Type(s)
- Select the State
- Enter the County or City
- Leave all other fields blank and click "Search"
When searching according to a particular county, please refrain from entering the word "county" in the field. For example, to search for properties in Orange County, simply enter "Orange" in the county field.
How do I search by Contact?

If you are interested in searching for a particular sellers listings, please visit our site at www.OwnerCarryIt.com, and follow these instructions:
- Click "Search Properties" and if necessary, log in with your email address and password
- Select either "Quick Search For Sale" or "Quick Search For Lease"
- Under the "Property Criteria" section, locate the "Contact's First Name" and "Last Name" fields and enter in the information
- Enter any additional criteria, and click "Search"
Can I search sold listings on OwnerCarryIt?
Only Active and In Contract listings will appear in a search results page. Sold listings are not available to view on our site. To determine the status of a listing, simply click on the Property Name of a listing from the Search Results page. "Listing Status" will appear under the Offering Summary section when viewing the listing, and will indicate whether a property is Active or In Contract.
Can I search by property address?
If you are interested in searching for a particular listing according to the property address, we suggest conducting an Advanced search. To conduct an Advanced Search, please visit our site at www.OwnerCarryIt.com and follow these instructions:
- Click "Search Properties" and if necessary, log in with your email address and password
- Select the Advanced Search
- Locate the Property Address field and enter the listing address
*NOTE: On the "For Sale" side, this field will be located under the "Specific Location Criteria" section. If this is a lease listing, it can be located under "Specific Criteria."
